Honey bee on natural honeycomb

Harvested at Middlesex Plains in Tasmania’s Central Highlands, our honey reflects the native flowering landscape, changing seasons and the work of the bees.

Predominantly Manuka, each harvest is naturally different in colour, aroma and character.

Bee collecting pollen on white blossoms

Our honey is produced from bees foraging across the native flowering landscape surrounding Middlesex Plains. Manuka is the predominant floral source, alongside other seasonal blossoms.

Because flowering conditions change from season to season, no two harvests are exactly the same.

Honey is a natural product. Colour, texture, aroma and flavour may vary between harvests depending on flowering conditions, weather and season.
