MIDDLESEX HONEY
Our Honey
Pure Tasmanian honey, harvested at Middlesex Plains near Cradle Mountain.
THE HONEY
Tasmanian honey, shaped by place.
Harvested at Middlesex Plains in Tasmania’s Central Highlands, our honey reflects the native flowering landscape, changing seasons and the work of the bees.
Predominantly Manuka, each harvest is naturally different in colour, aroma and character.

MANUKA
Predominantly Manuka.
Our honey is produced from bees foraging across the native flowering landscape surrounding Middlesex Plains. Manuka is the predominant floral source, alongside other seasonal blossoms.
Because flowering conditions change from season to season, no two harvests are exactly the same.
HARVEST & HANDLING
From hive to jar.
The honey is harvested during the Tasmanian summer and handled with care to preserve its natural character.
Extraction is carried out at controlled temperatures, with minimal processing before the honey is packed for sale.
NATURALLY DIFFERENT
Every harvest tells a different story.
Honey is a natural product. Colour, texture, aroma and flavour may vary between harvests depending on flowering conditions, weather and season.
