OUR STORY
A honey shaped by place.
From Middlesex Plains in Tasmania’s Central Highlands.
OUR ORIGINS
From Middlesex Plains.
Middlesex Honey comes from Middlesex Plains, a remote Tasmanian property near Cradle Mountain in the Central Highlands.
Here, native vegetation, changing weather and seasonal flowering create the conditions that shape every harvest.

THE LAND & THE BEES
Nature sets the rhythm.
The bees forage across the surrounding landscape, following the flowering patterns of native and seasonal plants.
Each season is different, and that natural variation is reflected in the colour, aroma, texture and flavour of the honey.
THE HARVEST
Collected in the Tasmanian summer.
Honey is harvested during Tasmania’s summer season, when flowering conditions and bee activity are at their peak.
The honey is then carefully extracted and prepared for packing, with minimal processing to preserve its natural character.
